Ideal for cooking, palm olein offers excellent heat stability and a high smoke point. Perfect for a variety of culinary applications, it ensures crispy and delicious results. Natural and resistant to oxidation, it extends the shelf life of food products. Palm Olein is rich in natural antioxidants of vitamins A, D, E (tocopherol + tokotrienol), and cannot be oxidized because it contains oleic acid. Olein also has a low content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which helps to avoid a bad taste.
